Because printed products are made to order to your specification, the following applies.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once printing has started, costs already incurred (materials, plates, design work) may be charged.
Production errors
If there is an error on our side — a deviation from the approved proof or a production defect — please contact us with details and photos. We will review it and arrange a reprint or refund for the affected items.
Not covered
Errors present in an approved proof, and minor colour variation between screen and print, are not considered production errors.
